Allied Universal is seeking an Event Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and staffing functions for a dedicated client. In partnership with Hiring Specialists and Recruiting, you will lead recruitment, scheduling, client relations, and compliance for high-stakes events.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on efficient staffing and cost controls. Join a dynamic team supporting thousands of venues annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• Experience as a team leader in event, customer, or protective services.
• Ability to influence key business partners.
• Strong organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain future work schedules with trained personnel and staffing plans.
• Oversee event staff performance and quality assurance programs.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees; manage performance reviews and conduct disciplinary actions.
• Maintain onsite inventory of critical supplies for events.
• Allocate shifts to maximize staff utilization and minimize overtime.
• Create and manage event schedules in ABI to ensure coverage.
