Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Event Operations Manager to lead daily operations, scheduling, and client relations for a dedicated client group. You will manage recruitment, training, and performance processes while ensuring compliance and cost control.

Reporting to the Branch/General Manager, you’ll optimize staffing and procurement, support emergency responses, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced event environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership in event/customer/protective services preferred.
• Ability to influence partners and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for assigned client(s).
• Staff scheduling, training, performance appraisals, and HR coordination.
• Maintain onsite inventory and procurement; manage timekeeping audits.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure security workforce readiness.
• Provide guidance during emergencies and ensure policy adherence.
