Job summary

Encore Event Center in Cleveland, OH seeks an Event Server to deliver welcoming service and help create outstanding experiences at events. You will stay attentive, professional, and in constant communication with the lead event captain.

Responsibilities include food handling, keeping glasses filled, polishing, coordinating events, setting up and breaking down, and arranging buffet tables or dance floor as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, patience, and politeness.
• Able to communicate professionally in English.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Team player required.
• Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation, and handling.
• Able to carry heavy trays (20-25 lbs).
• Experience as restaurant server or related front-of-house role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle food-related tasks, keep glasses filled, and polish for presentation.
