Fidelity Cincinnati is seeking an events server for Cincinnati, OH. You will review BEOs, assist in setting up spaces, and greet guests with a warm, professional manner.

You will prepare and serve beverages, check IDs for alcohol, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with all departments, accommodating dietary needs, clearing tables, and ensuring the outlet meets guest requests.

Formación

• 6+ months of hospitality or service experience.
• State-issued food handling and beverage certifications.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Able to speak clearly before guests and groups.
• Experience navigating and using POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review BEOs and coordinate with the Banquet Manager for menu details and special instructions.
• Set up event space and ensure required equipment is in place.
• Greet guests and provide a warm, courteous welcome.
• Prepare and serve beverages; check IDs for alcohol.
• Maintain communication with kitchen and address changes.
• Clear tables and reset dining area after events.
• Ensure dietary needs and allergies are accommodated.
• Report guest feedback to supervisor and implement actions.
• Coordinate with other departments via emails, logbooks, meetings.
