Encore Event Center in Strongsville, OH is seeking an Event Server to deliver welcoming service at weddings, corporate events, and banquets. You will stay in communication with the lead event captain and assist with food handling, glassware, and setup/breakdown.

The role requires excellent customer service, professional English, teamwork, and the ability to carry heavy trays. Prior restaurant server experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service, patience and politeness.
• Able to communicate professionally and adequately.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Team player – essential for success.
• Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation and handling.
• Able to carry heavy trays (20-25lbs).
• Able to work quickly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Deliver welcoming service to create an outstanding experience.
• Coordinate with the lead event captain and stay in communication.
• Handle food, keep glasses filled, and assist with polishing.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events.
• Arrange table placement for buffet and manage dance floor setup.
