Legends Global is seeking personnel for crowd management at our Worcester venue. The role involves security screening, bag checks, ushering, access control, and emergency response to ensure guest safety.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, be 18 or older, and demonstrate strong customer service, communication skills, and a professional appearance. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills; interact with all levels including management.
• Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Bag checking to ensure no contraband is permitted in the venue.
• Security screening via pat downs, metal detectors or wand screening.
• Ensuring patrons entering the venue have a valid ID or ticket for admittance.
• Ensuring patrons do not enter non-public areas.
• Directs and interacts with the public, fellow employees and management.
• Assist with seating and directions as required.
• Follows emergency protocols in medical, fire, active shooter, evacuation or other emergencies.
• Observe, detect, correct and report unsafe conditions on the premises.
• Deal with customer complaints and patrons not conforming to venue policies.
• Work independently and assess situations for immediate response within guidelines.
• Provide written witness report as required.
