Legends is seeking personnel for crowd management at our venue. Responsibilities include bag checks, security screenings, and ensuring patrons have valid IDs or tickets for entry.

You will direct guests, assist with seating, and follow established emergency procedures to protect attendees and property. The role requires strong customer service, professional presentation, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Flexible hours including day, evening, overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Crowd management at the facility.
• Bag checking to prevent contraband.
• Security screening with detectors or wand.
• Verify ID or ticket for admittance.
• Prevent patrons from entering non-public areas.
• Direct and assist the public and staff.
• Assist with seating and directions as required.
• Follow emergency protocols for medical, fire, or other emergencies.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions on site.
• Handle customer complaints and policy violations.
• Work independently and assess situations for immediate response.
• Provide written witness reports when required.
