Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a crowd management security professional to protect guests at the venue. Responsibilities include bag checks, screening, ticket verification, seating assistance, and emergency response to maintain safety and order.

The role requires strong customer service, English proficiency, and flexible hours including day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or GED is required, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Bag checking to ensure no contraband is permitted in the venue.
• Security screening via pat downs, the use of walk-through metal detectors or wand screening
• Ensuring patrons entering the venue have a valid ID or ticket for gaining admittance
• Ensuring patrons do not enter non-public areas
• Directs and interacts with the public, fellow employees and management
• Assist with seating and directions as required
• Follows emergency protocols in the case of medical, fire, active shooter, evacuation or other emergency situations
• Observe, detect, correct and report any unsafe conditions on the premises
• Appropriately deal with customer complaints, patrons negatively impacting other attendees and/or patrons not conforming to venue policies
• Works independently, and judges and assesses situations for immediate response within the guidelines of the facility
• Provide for written witness report as required
