• Direct and assist guests and staff as needed.
• Assist with seating and directions when required.
• Follow emergency protocols for medical, fire, active shooter, or evacuations.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions on the premises.
• Address customer complaints and rule violations.
• Work independently and assess situations quickly within policy.
