They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage pipelines, and support team success by taking on virtual office responsibilities. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of our guests' events. Your goal is to make the booking, planning, and party process easy and enjoyable, encouraging repeat business.

Essential Duties

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Hybrid Event Sales Representative.

• Develop your IQ & Book It: Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events. Learn the features and benefits of our properties and relay them effectively to clients. Understand the needs of various event types.
• Hit Those Numbers: Meet or exceed your sales KPIs.
• Stay on Point: Maintain organization with a large client database and multiple venues.
• Guide the Guest: Assist clients through event planning, coordinate details, and manage relationships during and after events to ensure repeat business.
• Flexibility Is Key: Be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
• Be Camera Ready: Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions, fostering team camaraderie remotely.
