Our Event Sales Representatives are more than just good salespeople—they’re talented experience-makers. They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage pipelines, and support team success by taking on virtual office responsibilities. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of our guests' events. You’ll make the booking, planning, and partying process easy (and fun) so your clients keep coming back.

Essential Duties

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Hybrid Event Sales Representative.

  • Develop Your IQ & Book It: Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events. Learn the features and benefits of our venues and relay them effectively to clients. Understand the needs of various event types, from corporate functions to birthday parties.
  • Hit Those Numbers: Meet or exceed your sales KPIs.
  • Stay on Point: Maintain organization when working with multiple clients and venues.
  • Guide the Guest: Assist clients in planning and coordinating their events, managing relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business.
  • Flexibility is Key: Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.
  • Be Camera Ready: Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to foster team camaraderie from home.
