They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage pipelines, and support team success by handling virtual office responsibilities. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of our guests' events. You’ll make the booking, planning, and partying process easy and fun, encouraging clients to return repeatedly.

Essential Duties

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as an Event Sales Representative.

  • Develop your IQ & Book It
    • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
    • Learn the features and benefits of our properties and event options, and relay them effectively to clients across multiple venues.
    • Understand the needs of various events—from corporate functions to birthday parties and social gatherings.
  • Hit Those Numbers
    • Meet or exceed your sales KPIs.
  • Stay on Point
    • Organize your client contacts and multiple venues efficiently.
  • Guide the Guest
    • Assist clients in planning and coordinating their events, managing relationships during and after the event to encourage repeat business.
  • Flexibility is Key
    • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.
  • Be Camera Ready
    • Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions, fostering camaraderie from home.

The pay rate for this position is $21.63 - $24.04 per hour plus 2% commission.
