Are you the life of the party? Do you know what it takes to make a great event even more amazing? If so, then you may be just what we’re looking for. Our Event Sales Representatives are more than just good salespeople—they’re talented experience-makers.

They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage their pipelines, and support team success by taking on virtual office responsibilities. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to guarantee flawless execution of our guests' events. You’ll make the booking, planning, and partying process easy (and fun) so that your client keeps coming back.

Essential Duties

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Hybrid Event Sales Representative.

  1. Develop your IQ & Book It
  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Learn the features and benefits of our properties and event options—relaying them effectively to clients across multiple venues.
  • Understand the needs of various events—from corporate to social gatherings.
  1. Hit Those Numbers
  • Meet or exceed your individual sales KPIs.
  1. Stay on Point
  • Organize your client contacts and venue details efficiently.
  1. Guide the Guest
  • Assist clients in planning their events and coordinate details until the event day.
  • Maintain active relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business.
  1. Flexibility Is Key
  • Be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.
  1. Be Camera Ready
  • Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to foster team camaraderie from home.

Minimum Requirements

  • Willingness to travel quarterly to the office (company-paid trips)
