You will lead outbound campaigns, develop local sales strategies, coach a high-performing team, manage the full sales cycle, and report progress in our CRM. Travel up to 10% and earn commissions on top of a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related sales experience.
• 21+ years old.
• Travel about 10% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound lead generation including events and networking.
• Develop and execute local outbound sales strategy.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to appointments.
• Track progress in CRM and report metrics.
• Collaborate with District/Regional Sales Managers.
