Job summary

TB Sports Retail, LLC is seeking an Event Associate in Tampa to support upcoming events, coordinate staff, and assist fans with purchases. This role collaborates with Road Representatives and the Event Manager to ensure smooth event execution.

Responsibilities include setting up and merchandising stands, replenishing merchandise, inventory checks, and enforcing safety at loud venues. A fast-paced, customer‑focused environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in customer service.
• Experience in retail/events or sales preferred; cash handling preferred.
• Outgoing personality with a commitment to world-class service.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Previous experience using AtVenu POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide world-class service.
• Assist fans with event purchases through AtVenu (POS).
• Assist with setting up and merchandising of stand.
• Assist with replenishing event merchandise for sale during the event.
• Assist with inventory and counts of merchandise and train proper procedures for handling event merchandise.
• Work comfortably in loud, fast-paced environments with concert/performance noise, flashing lights and large audiences.
• Assist Event Supervisors with set up, delivery, and fulfillment of special requests.
• Effectively communicate safety and security measures throughout the venue.
• May be assigned to work in different functions of retail or event types as needed.
