Job summary

Fletcher Home is seeking an Event Promoter to introduce customers to our remodeling services at local events in the Richmond/Fredericksburg area. You will present products in a cheerful, welcoming manner and capture consumer information to build our lead pipeline.

Weekly shows require you to travel to events, follow up with leads after the event, and coordinate setup and teardown with the Marketing & Communications Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation at events
• Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Weekend availability and willingness to work extended days

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly events and speak with prospective customers about our product line
• Create a positive customer experience and capture consumer information
• Call and follow up with event leads, schedule follow-ups in the evening
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from setup to teardown with the Marketing & Communications Director
• Travel to and support onsite event execution, including load-in and load-out
• Ensure timely data entry of leads from each event and manage event photos
