Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Event Processing. You will oversee inventory levels, staffing, and customer SLA adherence while guiding a team with strong coaching and performance management. Collaboration with the Operations Manager of Event Processing within Government Solutions is essential.

The role emphasizes customer-centric leadership, process improvements, and developing training materials for processors. A bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of leadership experience in some capacity; supervisor experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops and motivates employees with strong communication, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitors inventory levels and forecasts to ensure staffing meets SLA requirements.
• Fosters an engaging work environment where employees feel valued.
• Conducts regular 1-on-1s and team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
• Addresses sensitive performance and behavior issues with HR support and timeliness.
• Tracks attendance and applies progressive discipline when needed.
• Builds cross-department relationships and supports change initiatives.
• Leads service recovery for escalated customer issues via in-person, phone, or email.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
