Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Remote Event Processing to lead a team, prioritize workload, and ensure high-quality, on-time processing aligned with customer SLAs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

You will collaborate with HR, train incoming processors, forecast inventory needs, and support process improvements across the Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience; supervisor experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop and engage with employees.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Maintain professionalism and work well with others.
• Excellent relationship building with internal and external parties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and motivates employees through coaching and performance reviews.
• Manages day-to-day operations by monitoring inventory and forecasts to ensure staffing to meet SLA.

• Conducts regular 1-on-1 sessions and team meetings/huddles.
• Collaborates with HR to address performance issues promptly.
• Tracks attendance and applies progressive discipline as needed.
• Builds relationships with other departments, customers, and vendors.
• Supports change initiatives across the department.
• Addresses escalated customer issues via in-person, phone, or email.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
