LAZ Parking Chicago, LLC is seeking a Traffic Control Manager to oversee the Chicago events operations, ensuring 24/7 professional parking management and operational excellence under the Director of Operations.

You will lead frontline staff, coordinate scheduling, trainings, payroll sign-offs, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining strong customer service and reporting requirements to meet contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure daily business operation performs as expected.
• Promote and train first-class customer service.
• Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees to accomplish daily tasks and duties.
• Ensure daily reporting to the city meets contractual obligation and compliance.
• Identify high-potential employees to support growth.
• Assist with management and development of staff to accomplish goals.
• Identify and modify procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and directing front-line staff and supervisors.
• Ensure correct payroll time entry and weekly sign-off in payroll system.
• Assist HR to ensure wage and hour compliance.
• Produce and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
