LAZ Parking is seeking an Enforcement Operations Manager in Chicago. You will lead meter enforcement, oversee supervisors and staff, and ensure compliance with City of Chicago regulations and contractual obligations.

You will drive operational excellence, coordinate training, and produce routine performance reports while supporting recruitment and budgeting efforts. A strong background in parking enforcement and supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in parking enforcement, traffic, or transportation management.
• 2 years of supervisory experience managing union staff.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Understand and implement requirements outlined in the contractual agreement with the client and City of Chicago.
• Supervise Enforcement Supervisors and Staff; conduct field visits and evaluations to improve productivity.
• Assist with communications and reporting to City officials, outages, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with city personnel (police, fire) as needed.
• Enhance enforcement efficiency and parking meter revenue through strategic planning and deployment of personnel.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Enforcement staff and supervisors.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and equipment readiness for enforcement operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
