Job summary

LAZ Parking Chicago, LLC is seeking an Enforcement Operations Manager in Chicago, IL to lead meter enforcement activities and oversee daily operations. This role requires directing Supervisors and staff, ensuring adherence to City regulations, and delivering timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in parking enforcement, traffic, or transportation management.
• 2 years in a supervisory capacity managing union staff.
• Proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Enforcement Supervisors and Staff with regular field visits and evaluations.
• Coordinate compliance with City of Chicago regulations and contractual terms.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and performance reports.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Manage payroll and operating expenses within budget.
