Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking team players for roles in our live events operations in California. You will handle cash processes, assist with Will Call and guest list operations, and support day-to-day Box Office tasks to ensure smooth shows.

The position requires excellent customer service, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to a dynamic team and help create memorable concert experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cash Handling.
• Knowledge of Phone & In Person Customer Service.
• Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays).
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations on Ticketmaster host system for sales and other tasks.
• Follow opening and closing shift procedures.
• Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers.
• Maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events.
• Assist in maintaining Box Office cleanliness.
• Follow dress code policy – business casual.
