Job summary

Boise State University is seeking candidates for an events and facility operations role focused on coordinating equipment and space for meetings and special events. You will support customer service, monitor facility use, and perform cleaning and light maintenance to ensure smooth events.

Responsibilities include setting up seating, AV equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety codes, while coordinating with patrons and staff across the Athletics facilities.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of basic arithmetic operations.
• Experience in providing customer service and applying policies.
• Ability to interpret instructions and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment and facility set-up for meetings, conferences and events.
• Provide customer service to building patrons and monitor facility use.
• Set up seating, tables, staging, audio-visual equipment and lighting.
• Maintain safety with fire codes, ADA guidelines, and risk management objectives.
• Assist with movement of furniture and light maintenance as needed.

Skills

Ability to work all Bronco home games

Lift up to 60 pounds

Good speech and hearing for customer
