Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Previous experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist upon arrival with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Support the setup of event spaces, including beverage stations, linens, seating, AV equipment, and signage.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clients regarding event details and needs.
• Collaborate with event team members and other departments to ensure all requirements are met.
• Assist with post-event teardown and restore spaces for future events.
