Job summary

BEST Crowd Management in Evanston, IL is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage staffing plans, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at major events.

You will work with the Area Manager/Regional Director to ensure on-time, within-budget execution, while mentoring teams and elevating service levels. Weekend/evening availability and up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in operations, service, field, or guest services roles.
• Experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, licensing, training, scheduling and event-day execution.
• Build and manage staffing plans, track budgets, ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy.
• Coach and develop an operations team focused on timely, high-quality event delivery.
