Job summary

BEST Crowd Management in Albuquerque, NM is hiring an Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build a high-performing event staffing team.

You will oversee recruiting, licensing, training, scheduling, budgets, and payroll/invoicing, while maintaining thorough records. Weekend/evening on-call is required, with travel up to 25% and a focus on operational excellence on game day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years in operations, service, field, or project management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including recruiting, hiring, licensing, training, scheduling, and event‑day execution.
• Build and manage staffing plans, track budgets, and ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy.
• Coach, mentor, and develop an operations team for game day readiness.
• Elevate the customer experience through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and service improvements.
• Partner with leadership to create smarter, more efficient operating strategies.
• Ensure staffing needs are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for internal/external use.
