Encore Global in Framingham, MA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with focus on customer service, staff leadership, and AV management for events. You will direct technicians, coordinate workflow, and uphold Encore standards to ensure client satisfaction.

You will train staff, participate in security and maintenance duties, and collaborate with venue teams to deliver exceptional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements.
• Knowledge of technical theory.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading workflow and team members.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirement may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians' workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to management.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
• Provides excellent service and upholds Encore’s Service Standards and Operational Excellence.
• Maintains positive client relationships and ensures equipment works on site.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and standards; mentors new hires.
• Manages intermediate AV setup, operation, and breakdown; troubleshoots issues.
• Ensures safety, security, and preventative maintenance of equipment; manages inventory.
