Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in customer service or related role.
• Experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or EMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all event operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Assign and direct tasks for event supervisors and frontline staff.
• Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to issues.
• Conduct on-the-job training and SOP orientation.
• Respond to incidents with proper documentation and escalation.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
