Job summary

El Paso Live seeks an experienced executive to lead the overall management, promotion, and operation of its facility, ensuring optimal utilization and client satisfaction. The role includes budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The position requires strong leadership, contract negotiation, and multilingual communication skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts, purchasing procedures and supervising personnel.
• Experience in labor relations and union contracts, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall facility management, promotion, and operations.
• Manage purchasing, booking, event services, F&B, box office, security and production.
• Direct budgeting, reporting, and coordination with the Client/Contract Administrator.
