Job summary

Destination El Paso, part of Legends Global, seeks energetic event staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences at scheduled events. You will assist patrons, guide them to destinations, and support setup and operations to ensure smooth performances.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure during events. Flexible hours and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Customer Service: one year (Preferred)
• High School or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests and ensure a positive experience.
• Direct patrons to concessions, restrooms, and seating areas.
• Distribute programs and escort patrons to seats as needed.
• Assist with setup, last-minute event needs, and material gathering.
• Sell merchandise when required and coordinate with merchandise manager.
• Ensure safety of patrons, staff, and vendors during events.
• Handle disturbances or emergencies calmly and professionally.
