Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of event inventory control or operations coordination experience.
• Experience managing work orders and project schedules.
• Ability to coordinate field crews and warehouse resources.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation crews for projects.
• Create and manage work orders and project schedules.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate materials.
• Track inventory movement between warehouse and sites.
• Assist with counts, staging, returns, and discrepancy resolution.
• Communicate project details and inventory needs with teams.
• Visit job sites to oversee installations and progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules or resources.
• Support management with tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
