Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership instincts: motivate, develop talent, and hold a team accountable.
• Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Clear, confident cross-department communication.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel).
• Weekend and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound flow.
• Lead, schedule, and coach the warehouse team.
• Ensure inventory is inspected, cleaned, and ready for events.
• Maintain safe, organized, efficient warehouse.
• Coordinate with operations to align with delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintenance needs.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Drive process improvements across warehouse workflows.
• Handle performance conversations and recognitions.
