Job summary

Bright Event Rentals in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to prepare rental equipment for events and return items to storage. This hands-on role keeps inventory clean, counted, and ready for delivery, collaborating with Warehouse and Operations to maintain a safe, efficient environment during seasonal event schedules.

Responsibilities include operating company vehicles, completing delivery routes, inspecting vehicles, loading/unloading gear, installing and dismantling event

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse with accuracy.
• Strong counting, sorting and inventory knowledge.
• Understand safety procedures and warehouse processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand and walk for 8–10 hours; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with policies.
• Complete delivery, pickup, and transfer routes on time.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report concerns.
• Load and unload rental equipment while protecting products.
• Install and dismantle event equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, tents, etc.).
• Verify quantities and event details before leaving warehouse/site.
• Coordinate with Dispatch on route progress and site conditions.
• Provide professional service at client locations.
• Follow setup and safety procedures; proper equipment handling.
• Keep vehicles organized and return equipment and paperwork to storage.
• Support other deliveries and warehouse needs based on schedule.
