Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates in Midlothian, TX is seeking an Event Manager to lead our food and beverage operations during events. You will work with a dynamic team to deliver memorable celebrations and report to the Operations Manager.

You’ll assist with hiring and training banquet staff, schedule hourly personnel, supervise setup and breakdown per the BEO, maintain cleanliness, and ensure top‑notch guest service during all events.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management or banquet operations.
• Food safety knowledge and customer service oriented.
• Ability to train and develop banquet staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training of banquet staff.
• Schedule hourly staff for events and manage staffing levels.
