University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Conference & Event Services (CES) is seeking an outgoing student to support event logistics. The role runs Fall through Summer, with about 20 hours per week during the academic year and potential for extra hours in the summer.

The position requires strong attention to detail and excellent customer service, with office hours 8 am–5 pm and possible evenings/weekends. The CES Sales Assistant will work closely with full-time Event Specialists to coordinate room

Qualifications

• Outgoing student with interest in the event industry.
• Available to start in Fall and work through Summer.
• Office hours are 8 am–5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist with organizing event logistics with service partners.
• Explain deadlines and fees to clients; manage room reservations.
• Coordinate AV/Tech needs, room diagrams, data entry, and special projects.
