Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a Prep Cook at State Farm Stadium to support high-volume event kitchen operations. You will prepare hot and cold items, follow approved recipes, and work with a culinary team to deliver consistent, safe, and high-quality dishes.

The role requires standing for extended periods, following strict food-handling procedures, and collaborating with chefs and staff to ensure event readiness and timely service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; current enrollment accepted.
• Must possess a valid County Food Handler Card before working scheduled events.
• Background check required.
• Ability to follow recipes, production sheets, and verbal instructions.
• Basic math for measuring, scaling, and portioning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Remain calm and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food items according to approved recipes and instructions.
• Assist with ingredient prep: washing, cutting, slicing, measuring, mixing.
• Handle food safely from prep through final presentation.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, appearance, and portions.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (knives, ovens, grills, mixers, etc.).
• Store and rotate products using FIFO; label and date items.
