Legends Global is seeking a kitchen supervisor to oversee prep and service at the concession stand. You will manage a kitchen team, ensure a clean, sanitary environment, and maintain a positive, professional attitude during events.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in fast-paced high-end venues, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have two to three years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to walk, reach, stand, bend for long periods of time.
• Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food prep and service in the concession stand.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Oversee a staff of kitchen employees to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and procedures with training.
