Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Kitchen/Concessions team member at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, MI to provide excellent service and handle transactions while preparing food and beverages.

You will follow recipes, prep ingredients, cook proteins, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 6 months food service experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow approved recipes and production guidelines.

• Stir and monitor stocks, sauces, and dressings.
