Job summary

GLOBAL HOSPITALITY is seeking a chef-oriented Kitchen Associate to support culinary operations across multiple stations. You will follow recipes, prepare sauces, stocks, and hot and cold items, and assist during high-volume events to ensure quality and speed.

Role requires 2–3 years of cooking experience in premium or high-volume settings, strong teamwork, and the ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced sports/entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years cooking and food prep experience in premium foodservice or high-volume venues.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and management.
• Commitment to customer service and culinary skills.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary operations under direction of Executive Culinary Team.
• Execute station requirements promptly to specification.
• Follow recipes and cook to desired specifications.
• Prepare classic sauces, soups, stocks with minimal supervision.
• Work with cold and hot food production for various dishes.
• Assist with set up and execution of carving/action stations.
• Work with production sheets and event orders with minimal supervision.
• Help expedite events or services when needed.
• Coordinate with purchasing/warehouse for daily needs.
• Maintain sanitary standards and rotate among kitchen locations as needed.
