Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a food service professional for on-site operations at the Dow Event Center in Michigan. You will assist with preparing and serving food and beverages, manage transactions, and help ensure a positive guest experience during events and concession operations.

Responsibilities include following recipes, measuring ingredients, preparing and decorating desserts, handling proteins safely, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months food service experience in a kitchen.
• Culinary school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow approved recipes and production standards.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings for prep.
• Wash, cut, and prep fruits, vegetables, and salads.
• Bake and decorate dessert products.
• Prepare beef, poultry, and seafood with proper handling.
• Stir and monitor sauces, stocks, and dressings.
• Test food temperatures to ensure safety.
