Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serves food to guest with high level of customer service. Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas. Must strive to provide guest with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs. Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event. Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary. Prepare tables with place settings as instructed. Establish and maintain positive client relationships. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times Ensure health codes are followed Prepares food and beverage for customer Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position requires work inside and outside the building, parking lots included and some exposure to adverse conditions. Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination.
