Legends Global is seeking a team-oriented food service professional to provide exceptional service at the Dow Event Center. You will assist with food preparation, serve customers, and manage transactions in a fast-paced venue environment.

The role requires accuracy, adherence to safety standards, and a welcoming guest experience, with opportunities to work with diverse menus and seasonal offerings. This position is based on site in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED; 6 months food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute approved recipes, adhering to SAVOR guidelines and production standards.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings during preparation.
• Wash, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and salads.
• Bake and decorate dessert items.
• Prepare beef, poultry, and seafood with proper storage and handling.
• Stir and monitor stocks, sauces, and dressings.
• Test food product temperatures.
