Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Prep Cook for Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN. The role involves delivering excellent service at concession stands, preparing and serving food, and maintaining quality during events and everyday operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of food service experience; culinary school training is preferred. On-site work with competitive hourly pay and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of food service experience in a commercial or restaurant kitchen environment.
• Culinary school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute approved recipes per SAVOR guidelines and production standards.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings during preparation.
• Wash, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and salads.
• Prepare, bake, and decorate dessert items.
• Prepare beef, poultry, and seafood, ensuring proper storage and handling of raw foods.
• Stir and monitor stocks, sauces, and dressings.
• Test food product temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
