Qualifications

• Candidate must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Properly prepares, measures, and portions all food items in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper food temperatures, storage, and quality of all menu items.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs opening, closing and side duties as required.
• Keeps workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Follows health codes and sanitation regulations.
