Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare large volumes of food for meetings and weddings, including items for the a la carte kitchen. You will read tickets and banquet event orders, assist the Executive Chef with ordering, inventory and prep, and uphold food sanitation, nutrition, and allergy controls.

Based in New Orleans, you will team with cooks and servers, maintain health and safety standards, manage time in high-volume events, and adapt to flexible hours.
