Levy Restaurants in Dallas, TX, is seeking a passionate Concessions Line Cook for our event-based, part-time culinary team at American Airlines Center. You will support concessions with high-quality menu items, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to guest satisfaction during premium events.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, applying a range of cooking techniques, while collaborating with chefs and staff to ensure flawless service and presentation for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume venue.
• Premium dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and safety standards.
• Understanding of HACCP, proper handling, sanitation, and temperature control.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality items per recipes, schedules, and presentation standards.
• Use grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, baking, and finishing techniques.
• Ensure consistency, proper portions, and presentation with flavor quality.
• Taste and evaluate dishes for quality and seasoning before service.
• Prepare meals for service or delivery while maintaining temperatures and HACCP.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and comply with health regulations.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; report maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with chefs and team to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with team and internal customers.
• Contribute to workplace safety and be available for special projects.
