Job summary

ADVOC8, Inc. is seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator to manage complex event kits from our Charlotte facility while collaborating with our event production team and clients.

You will ensure packing integrity, labeling, and timely shipments, with hands-on warehouse work and strategic planning for on-site activations. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in event production, experience on-site with activations, and comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Event production experience on-site for activations, trade shows, or experiential programs.
• 2-5 years in event production, trade show coordination, or experiential marketing.
• Hands-on production/field work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, packing, and QC of event kits with displays and activation materials.
• Direct warehouse staff on daily kit assembly following pull/pack lists.
• Interface with clients about logistics, timelines, and specs; plan calls to translate needs into warehouse execution.
• Track inventory, label kits, and maintain asset lifecycle.
