Eventeny is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to organize, ship, and track hardware and materials. You will work with the Operations and Office teams to ensure smooth handling of conference materials and rentals.

The role emphasizes organized processes, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to improve shipping and inventory management. Local office in Peachtree Corners, GA; not remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ship/receive Eventeny hardware such as iPads, terminals & hotspots.
• Ship/receive Eventeny materials and merchandise.
• Charge, clean, and organize devices and property on arrival for shipping.
• Update spreadsheets about inventory and rentals.
• Report missing or damaged equipment to the team.
• Contribute ideas for shipping and inventory process improvements.
• Safely lift and transport equipment (10–50 lbs) and follow safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for hardware needs.
• Develop customer empathy and qualify applicants for the rental program.
