Job summary

ADVOC8 is seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to bridge warehouse operations with on-site event production. You will manage complex event kits from the facility, ensure accurate packing, labeling, and timely shipping, and interface with clients on logistics planning.

This role combines hands-on warehouse work with planning and problem-solving, requiring strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in event production on-site at brand activations, trade shows, or experiential programs.
• 2-5 years in event production, trade show coordination, or experiential marketing.
• Production/field work background with hands-on assembly of displays or assets.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and doing physical tasks.
• Experience with tech, entertainment, or consumer brand clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, packing, and quality control of event kits containing displays, branded elements, and activation materials.
• Ensure every component is included and accurately labeled during kit packing.
• Direct warehouse staff on daily kit assembly following pull lists and pack lists.
• Maintain organized warehouse systems for multi-component event assets.
• Collaborate with event production teams and communicate logistics plans to clients.
