Job summary

Aramark is seeking an IT Hourly Supervisor to support Lincoln Financial Field during events. This part-time, seasonal role requires hands-on IT support for POS, back office, networking, and related systems, aligned with the venue IT Manager. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The role involves proactive IT maintenance around event tech, collaborating with onsite leadership, and adapting to changing duties with the team. Physical demands and PPE usage may apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or possessing an associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of IT systems experience; POS systems experience preferred.
• Experience in concessions or stadium environments is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and maintenance for POS and related IT during events.
• Communicate application issues to appropriate employees and vendors.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
• Work cooperatively and take directions from the onsite IT Manager.
• Be familiar with IT audits and security assessments; resolve incidents.
• Represent the IT department to onsite leadership.
